It would be easy to assume from all that has been said that this forum is in decline in relation to HU. However, a quick look at the members stats shows otherwise. We are attracting one new member every day which is no bad thing. In May we attracted over 40. If we can just get the promotion right on the new web site, think how many more that could be. :)

So far the voting on the poll at http://www.nras.org.uk/m...aspx?g=posts&t=4266 shows 100% in favour of this forum. Admittedly that's off the back of a TINY sample, so please - if you haven't already please follow the link to cast your vote

Hi Paul and everyone. I haven't been on here for quite a while as I prefer to use a private group on fb set up mainly for disgruntled forum users! Your comments more or less mirror and pad out those made by Lyn Wilson and myself a year or so ago. It also seems that the prominence given to HU is counter productive as many who use HU will not join NRAS as they have all the info free on the NRAS web site and a vehicle for questions and advice on HU. Anyone interested in the private fb forum, please get in touch with me, Jean Boyd on the general fb site. That said, NRAS itself is a fantastic charity to belong to and the work they do is wonderful. If you have a local support group, may I suggest you make every effort to go along. There is a wealth of help, information and support available through NRAS groups.
